Heidi vandenbroek also owns www.bodysyncpilates.co.uk and is a very established pre/post specific pilates professional and owner of Pilates Bumps Beyond Pilates studio and creator of the favoured "Return to Fitness" courses (Est 2012) and a live coach is a certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping clients improve their flexibility, fitness and posture. She delivers classes and one-to-one coaching sessions with carefully structured and controlled movements for whole body and core strength, coordination and improved performance in daily activities and sports. I didn't know I had Diastasis Recti until I started googling 'mum tum', 'belly pouch' after having a baby. Then I went to my GP who confirmed that I had a 3 finger gap, when I asked what the next step would be she googled some exercises on the internet and handed them to me. I had to fight to be seen by a physio and that was too for only 3 sessions.  Shortly after

I came across Heidi's Instagram page @pilatesol and started following her for a while but have only gotten in contact with her recently.  Before contacting her i felt anxious but she is amazing, she has so much knowledge on diastasis and also treating your body as a whole with the correct breathing techniques. I am so excited to start exercising and reducing my mum tum . thank you

’Ive been training with Heidi for over ten years and can say without doubt that she is the most supportive instructor/fitness trainer I’ve had - she listens to help understand your goals and pushes you to achieve your targets but always at a pace you are comfortable with. Working out with Heidi on Zoom during the Coronavirus lockdown has been brilliant - and whilst I haven’t been able to use the Pilates Reformer equipment (and my favourite Wunda Chair) we’ve adapted our routines to make the most of what I have at home and I am definitely still feeling that burn! Heidi is an amazing Pilates teacher to whom you can completely trust with your body. She's so creative in adaptions of the exercise towards your changing body but still challenges you further. She also explains what parts of muscles you exercise to improve or stretch which for me as a person who listens to my body to understand and support is really important. Heidi is fun and patient with babies while at the same time ensuring mum's exercise to benefit her physical and mental progress. I'd recommend to anyone who loves Pilates, wants to work hard and for mums who do not want to put their little ones into creches to have time for exercise.

Heidi did an amazing job in helping me reduce an abdominal separation after 2 pregnancies. The exercises were really tailored to my issues and she is an amazing motivator. I really recommend her programme.

Heidi's knowledge of pre and post natal means I feel the exercise I'm doing is safe and appropriate. My confidence in my body and how I look is starting to improve and my core is now so much stronger. As well as being knowledgeable, Heidi is fun, lively and always laughing.
